Thank you for purchasing digital products from VisoDyne. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days. Please read the details below.

14-Day Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase date. No explanation is required. Once a refund is approved, the associated license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the software from all devices.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed through Creem, our payment provider. To request a refund:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number or transaction ID, and we will initiate the refund through Creem.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase.
  • Order number or transaction ID.
  • The product name.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed by Creem within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests received after the 14-day period will generally not be accepted, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Product not delivered: You did not receive your license key or download link within 24 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Major defect: The product has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as described on our website, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe (14 days).

License Revocation

If a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated. Continued use of the software after a refund has been processed constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 14-day refund policy honours this right in full. You do not waive your right of withdrawal at the point of purchase.
